A Voice That Must Be Heard
Sometimes, a photograph speaks louder than words. A single frame can become a story - a story of strength, pain, survival, and hope.
This photo exhibition is built on that idea: creating a space for women’s voices - women who are living through crisis, who have experienced violence, displacement, and inequality, yet continue to strive for dignity and a better future.
Each captured moment reveals reality as it is - silent, yet powerful. These images reflect women’s everyday lives, their resilience, and their inner strength, which too often remains unseen.
Why It Matters
Visibility matters.
When we see, we understand.
When we understand, we act.
The exhibition aims to:
- Raise awareness about gender-based violence and inequality
- Encourage open dialogue and break the silence
- Empower women and strengthen community support
Where and When
The exhibition will take place in June across three cities:
- Batumi
- Zugdidi
- Ozurgeti
More details about exact dates and locations will be shared soon.
About the Project
This exhibition is organized within the framework of the project:
“RISE Georgia: Supporting Women’s Empowerment and Reducing Inequality in Crisis Situations.”
The project focuses on supporting women affected by crisis - including survivors of violence, internally displaced persons, and migrants - by amplifying their voices and promoting pathways toward dignity and inclusion.
