June 24, the Samaritan Association of Georgia (SSK) held a three-day
strategic planning workshop in Tskaltubo. For the first time, staff from all SSK centers and
projects came together in one space to collaboratively reflect on achievements and shape the
organization's future direction.The workshop's purpose was to develop a shared vision and action plan for SSK’s 2025–2030
Strategic Framework.
The main objectives included:
- Reviewing current programs and identifying challenges and opportunities
- Aligning strategic goals with the needs of beneficiaries and communities
- Strengthening internal coordination and staff engagement
- Enhancing collaboration with national and international partners
The workshop was attended by representatives from Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund
Deutschland e.V. (ASB Germany) and ASB Georgia, reaffirming their support and
partnership in SSK’s ongoing mission.
