In 2010, with the renewed support of ASB Germany, the Samaritan Association of Georgia (SSK) was re-established and registered as an independent, nonreligious, nonpolitical, nonprofit organization. In parallel, ASB Georgia was formally established and remains SSK’s main partner and supporter to this day.
Since then, SSK has expanded its work to provide comprehensive social services, including early intervention for children with developmental needs, psychosocial support, and protection against gender-based and domestic violence. These services are delivered through multifunctional centers run by trained professionals and tailored to local community needs.
SSK is a member of Georgia’s Early Intervention Coalition and Home Care Coalition, and collaborates internationally with Samaritan organizations through the ISC platform. It is also a proud member of the SAM.I network.
SSK’s work is made possible through the support of dedicated donors and partners, including ASB Germany, ASB Austria, Aktion Mensch, AMINA, the Austrian Ministry of Sports, the German Federal Foreign Office, and local municipalities.
